We designed and printed this 5' wide jet propellor for the entrance of an office building in Stamford, Connecticut. Over 300 print hours and 60+ parts (not including registration pins). Printed with Raise3d and Makerbot. The nose is sand blasted and the outer cowling is chromed, the rest are raw prints.

Wet sanded resin parts get a really nice matte finish that's also comfortable to hold. There's also something nice about the hints of layer lines in unsanded parts.
